To apply for Membership with The Imperial Court Of Toronto, please print the attached PDF, complete all required fields and submit your application with your dues payment to the mailing address included on the form.
These positions are needed to help the continued healthy and democratic growth of the International Court System (ICS) as well as providing valuable grassroots networking opportunities sector wide.
While these positions do come with a certain prestige and change of protocol, these are the worst possible reasons to be interested in them. There is a need for growth and change in the system and persons committed to the behind the scenes work and working within the system for the betterment of all are the ones that are most needed to fill these positions. Speaking from experience, there will be times that you need to roll up your sleeves and do the work as there are many committees of differing natures struck by Parliament and our voice should be herd on these as well as at the larger meetings. You will also find that as with any organization, healthy constitutional change and redirection can take some time and be very frustrating by it's very nature. As with any progress to be attained, it is the work that is the important part that will get us further towards these goals and any accolades should be the last thing in mind.
Having said this, if the work is put into the position it is a wonderful experience and a great personal as well as corporate networking opportunity and can be very personally rewarding.

If you are interested please note that the next Parliament meeting is approximately one (1) month after the election results are announced and as it is our Daughter Court and geographically close, the expectation is that you will attend. We highly recommend attending the ball as well - it helps with the offset of the courts expenses of hosting Parliament - but it is not mandatory.
